An ITV documentary screened last night has once again thrown the spotlight on an industry shrouded by misconceptions. An undercover reporter filming for ITV1’s Exposure: Bailiffs followed a senior bailiff named John Boast who was collecting outstanding monies owed to Hounslow Council.
